In cooperation with you, we develop the strategic objectives for the new business segment, analyse the actual situation and define the action plan to be realised subsequently through project management.
REISNER + SCHEUFELEN not only supports you in developing the strategy for your new business segment. We actively accompany the implementation of the strategy. The strategic action plan is normally realised through project management – often with us as the external project leaders. If required, we also support individual projects in terms of their content. After successful termination of a project, it is incorporated into the line structure of the company.
