DR.-ING. ANDREAS J. REISNER
Andreas Reisner has gained more than twenty years of experience in various management roles. He was a manager at the Fresenius AG, a managing director of a Boehringer Ingelheim subsidiary and a business unit manager for 12 companies with approx. 1,000 employees – also at Boehringer Ingelheim.
For 15 years now, Andreas Reisner has been a successful consultant and coach for major enterprises and large medium-sized companies expanding internationally. He focuses his consultancy work on realising sustainable change processes in companies, with an emphasis on corporate culture, strategy, organisational structures, leadership culture and systemic management concepts.
Andreas Reisner also completed a supervision and coaching training, complementing his work as a consultant and coach with professional training services about modern systemic management approaches.
Andreas Reisner studied Business Engineering at the Technical University Berlin and Operations Research at the University of California in Berkeley. He was awarded his doctorate in Operations Research at the TU Berlin.
